Custom Pergolas & Decks Built Beautifully
Create a shaded, comfortable outdoor space that adds curb appeal, function, and long-term value to your home.
Pergolas & Decks
At First Tier Services, we build pergolas and decks that make your backyard more useful, more comfortable, and more valuable. Whether you want a shaded place to relax, a better setup for grilling and entertaining, or a custom outdoor living area that ties into your patio and landscape, we design each project around how you want to use the space.
Our pergola and deck service starts with a free estimate and a clear design plan. We look at your yard layout, drainage, grade, access, sun exposure, and how the new structure will connect with your home and existing hardscape. Because we also handle excavation, drainage, and hardscape construction, we can manage the full site prep work that many outdoor projects need. That helps prevent common issues like standing water, uneven settling, and poor transitions between your deck, paver patio, walkways, and yard.
We build custom decks for everyday living and long-term durability. Depending on your goals, your project may include steps, railing systems, built-in seating, privacy features, lighting, or a layout that creates room for dining, gathering, and traffic flow. Our pergolas can add shade, structure, and style over a deck, patio, or outdoor lounge area. We focus on clean lines, solid construction, and a finished look that fits the style of your home.
Homeowners choose us because we are a locally owned, family-operated company that believes in doing the job right. We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every property is different, and every outdoor space should be built for the way your family lives. We use quality materials, thoughtful planning, and proven construction methods to create outdoor spaces that look great and hold up over time.
If you already have ideas, we can turn them into a buildable plan. If you are not sure where to start, we can help with layout guidance and free landscape design for qualifying clients. We also offer design-only plans for DIY homeowners who want expert direction before building on their own.
If you are ready to upgrade your backyard with a custom pergola or deck in Dublin or the surrounding Central Ohio area, contact First Tier Services to schedule your estimate and start planning your outdoor space.

Our Pergolas & Decks Process
We keep outdoor living projects simple, clear, and well-built from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Our process is designed to give Central Ohio homeowners a custom space that looks great, lasts, and fits how you use your yard.
On-Site Design & Project Planning
01We start with a site visit to measure the space, review grade, drainage, sun exposure, and access, then talk through how you want to use your deck or pergola. We provide a clear plan, material guidance, and a realistic timeline so you know exactly what to expect before construction begins.
Site Prep, Build, and Installation
02Once approved, we schedule your project, prepare the site, and handle any needed excavation, grading, or drainage work to create a solid base. Our crew then builds your custom pergola or deck with careful attention to structural details, clean lines, and long-term durability.
Final Walkthrough & Lasting Value
03After construction, we complete a detailed walkthrough, check finishes, confirm drainage and fit, and make sure every part of the project meets our standards. We leave the site clean, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident enjoying your new outdoor living space.

Why homeowners recommend us
See what local customers notice most—clear communication, solid work, and outdoor spaces built to last.
"I had a great experience working with First Tier Services and would highly recommend them. From the beginning of the project through completion, the crew was always extremely professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They listened to any questions or concerns I had and were always willing to give their professional opinion on the best way to complete the project. It was clear that they cared about doing the job correctly and making sure everything was completed to a very high standard. As a first-time homeowner, I did not always know what to expect with a project like this, but they did an excellent job explaining everything in a way that was simple and easy to understand. They took care of the entire process from start to finish, which made the experience much less stressful for me. We ran into some rain delays and weather-related issues along the way, but communication was always excellent. I was kept informed about what was happening, what the next steps were, and when work could continue. They also went the extra mile when it came to the finishing touches and cleanup. They made sure the property was cleaned up, everything looked professional, and I was satisfied with the completed work before wrapping up the project. Overall, I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and the level of service I received from First Tier Services. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and dependable throughout the entire project. I would absolutely use them again for future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that takes pride in its work and takes care of its customers."
